About the Producer

Originating in 1964 at Lazise, on the banks of Lake Garda, the House of Lamberti was the first to propose a new, modern identity for the wines of Veneto and, in particular, those of Verona. Typical examples are Bardolino and Valpolicella, as well as Amarone. The white wines include Lugana, Soave and Custoza.

80% Garganega
20% Trebbiano di Soave

Long established sites on the sunny hills of Soave and Monteforte d’Alpone in the Classico DOC area. The vines are trained by the Pergola Veronese systems on well-exposed ground of volcanic origin with a preponderance of basalt-based rocks.

The grapes are picked towards the end of September. 40% of the must is macerated for 24 hours on the skins at 7-8°C. The remainder is vinified by the traditional white wine method.

The new wine is refined in stainless steel tanks and then allowed to rest in its bottle for some time before being released.

Tasting Notes

Bright, pale yellow colour; intense and fragrant bouquet of white fruits (green apples and bananas); crisp, velvety flavour, with soft notes of peach and apple, and finishing with a pleasant hint of citrus.
