Ottella

Francesco and Michele Montresor head the Ottella wine farm, in the hamlet of Ottella, near the town of Peschiera del Garda. However, its most famous vineyards are situated in San Benedetto di Lugana. Ottella deserves a first class place within the Lugana designation thanks to its stylistic approach to wines, centred on refined tonalities, intense aromatic characteristics and pervasive minerality. Francesco and Michele’s philosophy is to create wines that have an exact nose to palate correspondence; that are fine and elegant in their evolution and tingling with mineral sensations, ultimately delivering a satisfying mouth feeling that is enhanced by the savoury and spicy sensation of clay.
