No Minimum Order

When you buy wine online from us, we don’t impose a minimum order. You can buy just one bottle, if that’s all you need. We have a flat rate of R110 to deliver your wine anywhere in South Africa, but when you spend over R1,800, delivery is free. We also offer mixed cases at no additional cost.

Please allow 3-6 working days for national delivery, although it typically takes 2. Paid overnight delivery is also available on request, please contact us for a quote.

Wherever possible, the original packaging will be used for delivery to minimise environmental impact.

 

What Happens When You Order?

Once you’ve bought your wine online, we’ll send you a confirmation email and follow up shortly thereafter with further details and to arrange a suitable time for courier delivery. Please note, acceptance of an order upon delivery must be made by an adult over the age of 18 years old.

 

Where Do We Deliver To?

We can deliver to your doorstep anywhere in South Africa, including major centres like Pretoria, Johannesburg in Gauteng, Durban and Pietermaritzburg in KwaZulu Natal, Bloemfontein in the Free State, Port Elizabeth or East London in the Eastern Cape and Cape Town in the Western Cape. Outlying areas such as the Knysna in the Garden Route or Upington in the Northen Cape are not a problem either.

Please contact us should you require delivery to regions adjacent to South Africa (i.e. Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, etc.).

 

Global Shipping

We currently do not ship listed items outside of South Africa. However, if you want to arrange your own transportation then we can forward your order to a local service provider. Should you place a specific request for items outside of our stock then the supplier can send it directly to your location, as long as the recipient is legally permitted to clear and receive the goods.

Refund Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order, provided the following criteria are respected:

  • Shortages or breakages will be refunded provided they are reported within 2 working days of delivery.
  • Unopened items will be refunded in full as long as they are returned within a working week of delivery.
  • Faulty items will either be refunded or replaced at our discretion; if possible return them within 24 hours of opening for assessment.
  • Please note that we are not in a position to exchange or refund any wines that are not to your personal preference or taste. Kindly contact us for guided recommendations prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.
  • Order cancellation after being packed or dispatched will incur a 10% handling and restocking fee based on its total value.
  • The special refund policies under Terms & Conditions for Sourcing take precedence under their own circumstances.
  • The cost of returning items delivered in good condition will be for the account of the customer.
